I have a client running Act! 6.03.979 and a new problem has cropped up.
ACT! 6 installed on Server (2003).
20 users connect (Citrix, all locally) and run ACT!.
When they print a ACT! document they click the Attach to history box and save it.
This saves the doc as an attachment in the contact.
One user just started not getting that far.
When she prints, she doesn't get the Attach to history or save popup anymore.
Nothing on the network has changed and all others work fine.
I have been supporting this software for 8 years and this is the first problem I can't fix.
Have checked out ACT! Knowledgebase but the only ones mentioned don't pertain to this situation.
Have also run ACTdiag on this user and reset her registry but nogo.
Any thoughts & help Appreciated.

It would appear we found the problem/solution.
The user was picking a different printer than her default.
When she picked her default it worked fine.
When she changed her default to the other printer, it worked fine.
ACT! 6 likes to only print to its default printer!

Turns out that wasn't the fix.
Another user now has the same problem.
On her login ACT doesn't attach,
Her ACT! login, from another profile, it works.
I now have two users where the files don't attach.
I can do a ctrl I and attach that way but thats a pain for these people.
