Act Version 22.214.171.1249
We hare having an issue which occurs when trying to attach emails from Outlook into Act using the Attach to Act button.
Scenarios that work:
Select an email in outlook so it is viewable in the reading pane and click the attach to Act button.
Open an email in Outlook into a new window and click the Attach to Act button.
The scenario that doesnt work:
Open an email that has been forwarded as an attachement and click the attach to Act button. When you click the button it does nothing.
Users report that this worked before, but now doesn't and we have not made any changes to the machine or configuration.
I am a little lost... Hope someone can help.
