Act 6.03 conversion to Act for Web

Trying to convert Act 6.03 to the new Act for Web 2010, will not convert. Was told when I bought the program it would convert my old database to this program without having to rebuild the database. Any ideas?

Re: Act 6.03 conversion to Act for Web

Mike, Thanks I will work on this over the weekend, my concern was that the version I have is not a Sage version and I will have to convert to 6.0 (2004) before going to 2010 version.   Thanks again....

Being a Sage version or not should not make any difference if it is version 6 then it may convert although my experience is that you need to check the data carefully as I have seen some issues with activites and duplicates being merged so check the record numbers.

There was no Sage version 6.0.

The reason to go to 6.0 first is that it cleans up the data better than the previous versions
