Act! 6.0 call and to-do rollover locks up

Act! 6.0 call and to-do rollover locks up

out of the blue when I start Act! 6.0 and I am promted to rollover calls and to-do items it locks up the program. I exit and restart and the calls and to-do are moved but I had to restart the program. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Roy - thanks for responding. I am rolling over approximately 200 call and to do's - I have had more in the past without any problem. As I mentioned the strange thing is that when the program locks and I exit the calls and to do's are rolled over when I restart the program.
