The toolbar that shows at the top of my ACT database - File, Edit, Contact, Lookup, Write, Sales, etc....has disappeared.
My main concern is being able to retrieve the contact & notes - SO LOOK UP IS KEY - and really all I care about.
Anybody have any ideas?

There is a menu option to reset in Actdiag.
Start | Run ... actdiag...
