Act 6.0 - Not all group contacts are synchronizing with Users

We have been using ACT 6.0 for several years synchronizing with shared folders and it has been working fine.

 

I set up new user recently and can't get all contacts to sync with the groups I have selected.

 

I have selected all records this time only several times and still only get 1/4 of the contacts.

Yes I sent up a new remote user 3 times w/o any luck.

From my experience with ACT! 6 synchronization (especially synchronizing groups), you might be able to get this working but you would spend a lot of time with no assurance of success. You would better off pulling everything back into the master database and then set up synchronization from scratch for all users. For reference here are the document ID numbers for the main knowledgebase documents for synchronization, 11647, 11979 and 11740. I was the original author for these documents when I was the lead technician for ACT! 5-6 synchronization in ACT! tech support.
