Act! 6.0 How to recover password

Can someone help me? I can't remember a password to a database I set up, is there a way to recover that password?

Revealing the user names and passwords for an ACT! 6 database requires a special utility that most ACT! Certified Consultants have access to. The utility isn't publically available.
