Act 2000

I have been using Act 2000 and my computer crashed. Luckily it was backup on a 3rd party service. I purchased a new computer with Windows 7 and also purchased Act 2010. I can't get Act 2010 to open my old database (with 1800 contacts) and I can't load Act 2000 with my new windows 7 system. Any ideas?

Re: Act 2000

Do you know if the back up service does incremental backups? If so, the database is likely damaged. Incremental backups with the ACT! 2000 database often caused problems because all the database files weren't backed up at the same time. If the database is damaged, our repair service might be able to recover it.
