Act 2000 Export Notes

Is there a way to export the notes that accompany a record?  If not, when you back up the Act database, does it take the notes?  If not, is there another way through another application that the notes can get exported?

Re: Act 2000 Export Notes

Backing up an ACT 6.0 database does backup the notes.  Exporting notes requires an add on piece of software. This can also be done by some ACT Consultants (those certified in ACT 6.0 when it was out)

Here's a link to a popular export tool that exports all data from all versions of ACT!

Back sure you're not just copying the DBF file in your backup. You need ALL the files in the database folder... or, better yet, use the backup function within ACT!.

I use itExport if I want to export the notes
