ACT Version 6 (administration>define user) Not responding

ACT Version 6 (administration>define user) Not responding

Hi,

 

When i'm trying to edit the exisisting user or trying to create a new user, everytime my ACT (Version 6) getting not responding.

I tried to repair using the ACTDIAG but not worked (same result). Any help will be appreciated.

What version of Windows are you using?

The user problem likely is caused by a corrupted BLB file and that wouldn't be fixed by ACTdiag.

Thanks Roy for the reply.  im running it in windows server 2008 (also tried windows server 2003). Is their any way for repairing the BLB file?

No field repair, it would need to be sent to database repair. several ACCs, including Techbenders, can provide repair service.
