When i'm trying to edit the exisisting user or trying to create a new user, everytime my ACT (Version 6) getting not responding.
I tried to repair using the ACTDIAG but not worked (same result). Any help will be appreciated.

What version of Windows are you using?
The user problem likely is caused by a corrupted BLB file and that wouldn't be fixed by ACTdiag.

No field repair, it would need to be sent to database repair. several ACCs, including Techbenders, can provide repair service.
