ACT V6 notes Report Unable to view the Record Manager

Hi,

 

Every time when i'm trying to generate notes/History report, I'm not able to view the Note creator  (Record Manager) name. 

Only i can see in report is the record name and the notes.

That's correct. You would need to edit the report template to add the record manager.

Is there a way to Sort the notes/history report by time rather than Company?

If you're referring to ACT! 6 I believe there was but off hand I don't remember exactly how. In any case you would need to edit the report template to do so.

Thanks for the reply.
Yep Act! 6, tried everything incl. Edit report template, but can't seem to change the Sort order to time.
Any advice much appreciated.

The sort would be date/time and it's done by adding a summary sorted by section to the report.
