I wish to clean up my ACT! 6 as it no longer saves or rolls over from the previous date. Thought I would reindex, but as the bar moves it gets to the end and claims" an error occured during this operation' I am using ACT 220.127.116.119 with Windows XP. I have 11,000 contacts PLEASE help!
You have a couple of issues. First, you should update your copy of ACT! 6 to version 6.0.3. You can download that from the ACT! web site. The second thing is that you appear to have a corrupted activity in your database. That would not be fixed by updating your ACT! 6 version but might be cured by running Scan and Repair in the ACT! data diagnostic (Start | Run | type ACTDIAG and press Enter.
