Hi All!
I'm new to the communitty and fairly new to the ACT product as well.
We have some users here in my company currently using various ACT products. I understand that local administrator privileges are required for the user that is trying to use the product. However we are reluctant to just give out such privleges here. For a work around I was thinking of granting the user read/write access to the registry for the locations that ACT uses.
Does anyone know which registry paths ACT 6 uses?
Any help or insight on the matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time!

Try checking the knowledge base, there may be something there. I believe that poweruser rights also gives the required access.

The link to Word tends to need the most access. See this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
