Periodically, when a user sends a synch packet to another, it will send a 1mb file with about 900 contacts, when they have only added a few. And then the synch processes seems to stop working.I have to go back in and re-setup the synch.It's very odd.I have checked over all the options in ACT to only send changed data. I have ran every repair and fix that I know. We have reinstalled the software on both of their machines. We have deleted the .abu file and resent. Re-indexed the database. Same problem.
Anyone know of any issues that would cause this?
On a side note, do you know how to export notes and history from the database? We have tried to do an export of the whole database and then import that into a blank one, but the notes and history are not exported.
