We recently had to reformat a hard drive then reloaded ACT 6.0. Rather than a full backup, I have only an "Export" file. When attempting to Import, I am asked for the username and password for the file. We don't use passwords and my several guesses don't work. Any ideas?

Are you sure you're being asked for a username and password, or are those two boxes actually grey and disabled? I ask because exported files like text-delimited don't have usernames and passwords. Is your 'next' button disabled? Have you tried clicking it?

btw, if all you have is an export, you'll find that you no longer have Notes, Histories, Activities, Groups, Email addresses, Templates, Reports and on and on. I'm hoping you mean you have a backup.
