we had ACT! 6.0 installed on Terminal Server. It used to be working fine. but since we moved to new office about 6 months ago, ACT! in every user session didn't save template any more. doesn't matter if you changed it, it always went back to default template after restarting ACT!. and I couldn't find anywhere to save the template settings. could anyone give me some suggestions?

ACT! 6 wasn't supported on terminal server though I did know of successful instalations. I believe there may be a couple of knowledge base documents on terminal server with ACT! 6, you'd have to check.
