ACT 6.0.3 to ACT! 2013

How difficult is it to install ACT! 2013 on a computer running ACT! 6.0.3?  And then open a 6.0.3 database in 2013?

The link deals with ACT! up to 2010. What about 2013, the same procedures?

I read that I shouldn't install the 30-day free trial on the computer that's loaded with ACT! 6.0.3.  That's what prompted my original question.

If you already have ACT! 6.0, you don't need to install the ACT! 6.0 trial ... that's only if going from an earlier version

It's the Sage ACT! 2013 30-day trial I'm talking about.

It has no effect on 6.03 ... except that it will take over the Outlook connection

What does that mean?  And am I a Sage ACT! user with 6.0.3 or is that not considered a Sage product?

6.03 was the last build before Sage took over.

Only the last version installed will be able to record emails sent from Outlook
