Hi guys,
I'm trying to convert a ACT! v5 database to a newer version of ACT.
I am running into this issue:
Error Message: "You May Not Have Enough Disk Space to Complete This Operation..." When Attempting Database Maintenance in Windows XP
According to the knowledge base article, I need to run the ACT! 5.04 Update.
I can't seem to find this anywhere. Does someone know where I can download this update?
(I saw another post on this topic - https://community.act.com/t5/Act-version-6-x-Prior/Actdiag-5-0-4-download-anyone/td-p/159314 Unfortunately, the download link expired)

Check to see if you have the ACTdiag utility. If so do the compress and reindex from there.

Thanks Roy.
I did try to run ACTdiag utility on this database.
I keep getting "Crital Error #75, "Path/File access error" occurred.
Hopefully I can find this patch file and fix this database.

Try clearing the temp files in Windows and then retry the ACT! database maintenance.

Just looked and have both 5.04 update and the hotfix for it.
Send me an email via the forum and I will send you a link to my FTP site.
I do remember that the advice to run a cleanup on the drive you are installing on often removes the error as well.

I need the 5.04 update as well. I have to install act 2000 on a new computer. Couldn't locate your email. Thanks.
