Hello - we have been using ACT2000 for a number of year now and need to move up a gear with it ! we currently sync via the office network when sales people come in to the office but would like to improve this by using the email sync option.
We use outlook web access to give our sales people access to their email accounts while away from the office and i want to know if email sync will work with this.
Each sales person has their own sub set of the database and sync works fine at the moment, I have tried email sync using outlook and this works when connected via the network in the office but will it work with outlook web access ?

You would have to manually save the sync attachment files to the appropriate folders. This would be messy. Also, since you are syncing a subset of the database, this was a feature that worked poorly at best in OLD act.
For what it's worth, they sync feature in NEW ACT works much better,
