Working with ACT 2000 (Still...but still love it). After I load emails from MS Outlook into ACT and they are listed in my MS Inbox folder from within ACT, i have always done "attach email to contact" and this has worked great for me.
Recently i get the error message that states "error putting message in briefcase" and i cannot attach my emails to my contacts.

Is that the full error?
Are you synchronising with another user?
Usually this is a poorly setup sync

Hello....I resolved this myself. I discovered that the folder path for my emails under "preferences" had been changed somehow ... I have since corrected and attaching emails to contacts like crazy. Thank you for your assistance.
