ACT 2000 - Question - Help

My company is still using ACT 2000.  I have noticed that sometimes it opens and it has a yellow background logo with the handshakes and other times it opens with a blue background logo with handshakes.  Which doesn't really matter, but I notice when the "yellow" one opens my emails in the ACT inbox are listed without the "from" names and the emai icons are shaded gray.  They can still be attached to contacts and opened, but I dont' really want to open them all to see who sent the email before I attach it.

 

When the blue logo ACT 2000 opens, my email icons are not shaded gray and the "from" column shows the senders, making it much easier to attach multiple emails to contacts.

 

Any thoughts from anyone?

Most likely something on your system is intermittently conflicting with ACT!.

 

Maybe have a look at the Windows Event viewer when it opens Yellow and see if there's a log of the issue
