I would like to know how to open attachments on my contacts page under the notes and history. I would like to attach a detailed invoice from excel next to the notes and history. This would really be a life saver when I view past invoices so I can see more than who I spoke with and what time it was when we spoke. If you could help me I would love it and it would make my job a little/lot more streamline. Act 2000

You can also just look up the Excel file in Windows explorer; drag the Excel file to the "Notes/History" tab in Act 2000 and let Act create the record automatically. You can do this for multiple files at once (we do it all the time in our office to attach the entire contents of 'client folders' (stored on the server) to new act record).

Just make an right clic in the note/history and select the attach from menu.
