I have a user with ACT 2000 and he says the way his contacts display has changed. I see tabs along the bottom and the only one with contact information on it is an Alt Contact tab, with alternate contact information. I don't see one that displays primary contact information, such as Name and Numbers. I've checked all the menus, but since I've never used the program I'm lost as to where I might find a way to display this information. Any ideas?
1. Close ACT! and all other running programs. 2. Go to Start / Run 3. Type in actdiag / click OK. The ACT! Data Diagnostic Tool opens. 4. Click the Reset menu, then click Options and Window Positions. 5. Check the Main Window check box. 6. Click Reset, click OK to confirm, and then click Close.
Test ACT. The Main Contact Window should now be restored to it's original view.
