ACCESS DENIED ERROR BOX

Hello,
 
Has anyone had this problem with ACT 6.0
 
When I do a mail merge and other tasks, the task gets completed, but I get an ACCESS
DENIED error and I have to use ctrl Alt Del to close out ACT and restart the program.
 
If anyone has been down this road and found a solution I would really appreciate
some help.

What "other tasks"?
What email client?
 
BTW: The best way to do email merges from ACT! 6.0 is MergeMaster! - much faster, many cool features
