yes/no field box not showing in contact view - v19 web

yes/no field box not showing in contact view - v19 web

I have the web version and have added several yes/no field boxes to my contact view but cannot now get any more boxes to show. The field is created properly but the box simply will not show in the contact view.

 

Can anyone suggest why I cant get the yes/no field box to show?

Hi Ken,

 

I presume you've created a 'Yes/No' field in the Define Fields.

 

In the Contact Design Layout have you selected the 'Yes/No Field' ?

thanks David, yes I have created the field and selected the right field when creating the box. Sometimes it will appear after i have saved the view but then disappears, but mostly it just doesnt appear. Others have worked.

Hi Ken,

 

Just to confirm, you're saying that you can see the newly added yes/no field in the layout editor, but then after saving and refreshing the contact detail view, the field does not appear?

 

Have you double checked the layout name you're saving is the same as the one currently selected and displaying on the contact detail view?

 

If so:
Could you let us know how many yes/no fields you have already added to the layout?
Could you try creating a new layout and adding all the yes/no fields. Does that work correctly?
