we have two users here where we have the problem that act crashes when the users clicks on an emaillink in act:
When the users clicks on the Email address in this red marked field the following happens...
act crashes and has to be reopened...
The Windows Event logs shows the following Error at the time of the crash..
Windows 8.1 PRO 64 Bit
Act! Premium Version 18.104.22.168, Update 2
Outlook 2016 MSO (16.0.8201.2102) 32-Bit
Any Idea what the Problem could be?

For your version we will release an update on the 14th of July which will address the issue. To resolve the issue right now please follow this article: 38580 Microsoft Outlook synchronization is not working when using Act! with Outlook 2016
