Two of our web act! users are getting randomly logged out of webt act! (2012) for no apparent reason. We've set the inactive logout time for 1 hour so its not being caused by that. It's basically booting them to the login screen. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks!

The users that are getting booted are active inside internet explorer when it happens. I'm not sure if it may be caused by their internet connection having issues but when it it logs them out it brings them right back to the home login page and not to the Internet explorer can't display this content page, which is what usually happens when you are losing your connection.

Assuming you have more than 2 users accessing the database through the web interface, and only 2 are having the issue, it may be that the preference files for those 2 users have become corrupted. Use the instructions in the following article to delete Sage ACT! web preferences: KB Article 19757
It is hard to determine which preference files go with the individual users, it may be easiest to simply delete them all. One option for identifying the particular users' preference files is to have them update a preference and check the date modified on the preference files.
