A couple of our users are having an issue where web act! (2012) is freezing when they try to print a report to an adobe pdf. They both get the same "internet explorer has stopped responding" error. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a fix?
We are having them do a workaround right now where they export to excel and then print that way but it would be much better if we could print to a pdf! thanks!
