Setup Premium v21 UD4 on two computers in same office earlier today. Registration successful obtaining new style serial #s.
One Win7 & the other Win10. Same O365 download & install before installing Act! Same default Email settings in preferences for both.
The Win 7 machine records both outgoing & incoming emails in History as expected.
Win 10 will NOT record outgoing emails but does record incoming.
Have uninstalled & reinstalled Act! and removed BitDefender without success.
Anyone else having a challenge recording history of sent emails or figured out what it takes to make history work?

We've been using Act for years and I've never got this feature to work reliably.

Hello,
The PC in question may need an Office Quick Repair to re-enable connections to other programs outside of the Office Suite:
-Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
-Double-click Programs and Features.
-Click Microsoft Office 365, and then click Change
-Select Quick Repair, and then click Repair (can take 5-10 minutes). You may have to restart your computer after the repair process is complete.
