all of the other integration pieces are working great, address book, act/outlook calendar sync, email history record. When client accepts outlook meeting request, it displays the act create activity window and act stops responding. only option is to end task on Act. Ended up turning off function in email prefs but client would like to use this like they had in the past.

i have repaired, uninstalled, deleted act PGF folder and preferences and reinstalled 20.1. office2013 32-bit. we turned the 'feature' off for now.

I'd be interested if you could see if there's anything in the Windows Event Logs when this happens.
Also in the ACTLOG at %appdata%\ACT\ACT Data\ACTLOG.XML - This must be copied as soon as you close Act! as it's recreated when Act! starts.
They might point to the cause.
BTW any reason you're still on O2013?

because act19 didn't play with O365, we had major issues with all the integration, office2013 worked better. She had to buy this so is keeping for now. we were forced to go to 20.1 because another outlook addin she uses interferred with mscoree.dll (same dll that former act.outlook addin used) and caused act.outlook.service/history queue to write millions of errors to log and hang up outlook.
Needless to say, has been a challenge to keep this client limping along with Act.
