I have one user whose attempts to synchronize contacts between v16 Premium and Outlook 2013 fails.
The error shows as ERROR IN IAddrBook.OpenEntry: MAPI_E_UNKNOWN_ENTRYID. Exception: Redemption.AddressEntry
I have, to this point:
* Repaired his Outlook .PST file
* Repaired the database
* Repaired the Email Store file
None of these has fixed the problem. If you've run into this and fixed it, can you please advise what you did? Thank you.

I suspect the issue is that the redemption dll that is being used by Act! isn't the correct version. I think that one of the service packs for Act! v16 updated the version of redemption that Act! uses. If you aren't running service pack 1 or 2 try updating to the latest service pack and see if that fixes it. SP2 has a few other fixes that should make Act! work better if you don't have it installed.
