Cam up with another issue with one of my client in regards of opportunities.
One of the user having Manager Level access not able to see all opportunities where other X user having same Manager level rights can see all available opportunities.
I tried to check his users is added to all Team and group however in all team and group has been added also i checked his login to other system but same issue.
ACT Version: Act! Premium (Web) Version 18.104.22.168, Update 7
Total Users: 25
Need your help.

But am wondering if the records are private, then how come the same level of access other user having can see all records?

I suggest that... The best thing is not to define it as private but as limited access, and at this point define which users or teams can see that record.

Ohh i got what you wanna suggest, let me check if its been shared with user A and not with user B irrespective of their same level of access.
Will update you once i check with one of the records.
