I have users who used act 2.0 and 4.0, with act 2.0 i can upgrade the contacts to act 4.0 then to act premium 2011 without losing any contacts. My problem comes in the documents and templates. They do not seem to upgrade, are these items lost only to be created again in the new version? or are there ways around upgrading the documents and templates?
