????

We have a number of users set up with outlook integrated with ACT. ACT has somehow managed to attatch two emails sent a while ago to every contact on our database - has anyone ever seen this happen before?

Re: ????

If you double click to open the History item, are all the contacts list in the with box?
IE is it one history linked to all the contacts or does each one have a seperate history?
Can you check in Outlook for that date/time and see if the email was sent to one contact or many?

What version of Outlook?
What version of ACT! (full build from Help | about)?

Is your history in Outlook set to attach emails or date/time/subject/body?

Re: ????

If I double click the history item I get egg timers for ages and it burns up all my memory - the database is 18000 contacts big so it might be trying to bring up all of them.

There are two emails sent to two different individual contacts

Outlook version 2007 (12.0.6212.1000) SP 1 MSO (12.0.6213.1000)

ACT! by Sage Premium 2008 (10.0) (ST Edition) Version 10.0.0.237, Hotfix 1

Emails are set to attatch as an attatchment to the contact
