I am running ACT! 2000 and the top menu bar, File, Edit, Lookup, ect. disappears. I have to use actdiag.exe each time before I open ACT!. I am not running in compatibility mode. I have also tried deleting the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Symantec\ACT\TbarMenuConfig\ACT!
but that only works one time as well. the app is running on windows server 2003. does anyone know a permanent fix for this issue? thanks.
