Teams and the Dashboard are new to us a we are migrating from act 6 to the latest version.
Im not even sure if this is possible but I thought Id lask. When you have a team setup can you assign tasks or to dos to certain members and then monitor the progress via the dashboard? Like I set some tasks for Tom to do and then i can see his progress on my dashboard so I dont have to follow up with him?
Any details would be appreciated.

Act! Premium allows dashboards to include Activity from multiple users...
You might be able to work something up if you play around with it a bit...
If that doesn't cut it, you might want to look at Top Line Dash - it has a good deal of additional capability...
