When we installed ACT a few days ago, we used Fred's login to set it up. Later that week, we created a new user for Joe and since then we have been logging in as Joe.
Any edits and new opportunities now show that Joe is the record manager, but for some reason the email attachments are still showing FRED as the record manager ?
We have rebooted since, but no change. Can anyone shed any light on this ?

Sure, your outlook preferences were set up with the record manager as Fred.
Go to tools, preferences,Email and Outlook, start the wizzard for Email System Setup.
Step 3 of the wissard, edit the entry and change the logged in user.
On the step where you tell outlook whose loging to use, change away as Fred.
that should do it.

Great - thanks very much, i did look back through the wizard but didn't spot that if you clicked edit, it gave you the user logon... thanks very much for helping out !
