Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 18.104.22.168, Hotfix 1
I receive this message when I switch layouts and when I close the Layout Designer. I have followed the instructions/answer #Answer ID 24350 in the Support Knowledge Base and I rebuilt Preferences through the ACT Diagnostics utility; however I still receive the message.
I then tried to follow the instructions to manually delete Preferences by right-clicking and renaming the preferencesBak.xml file; however I do not have that file on my computer. I have done a complete search of my C-drive to no avail.
I've checked my DPI settings and they are not set to "large".
I've tried rebuilding Preferences twice more through the Diagnostics utility but I still receive the same error message.
Does anyone have other suggestions on how to correct this error?
Also, why don't I have the preferencesBAK.xml file that is referenced in the instructions to fix this error?
