"Upgrading" from Premium to Standard

I have a client who currently has ACT! Premium 2006. Can they upgrade to ACT! Standard 2009?

Not directly. They would need to do a Save Copy As in ACT! 2006 and save the copy as a standard database. Then install ACT! 2009 and open the saved copy and it will update in to ACT! 2009.
