My users are now getting this after moving our main ACT database from one server to another. I used this guide to move the data.
"Unable to aquire sync server object. Failed to find main database [database path] for sync. Contact your administrator for assistance"
I have changed the main database location in the sync panel. I have done "Rebuild Sync Objects" in ACTDIAG.
Please help! Thank you!
