"URGENT" Switching Laptops and won't accept My Serial # & Activation Code now

Hi,

 

I have to give up my company laptop which I am running ACT2013 on using Windows 7 Professional Ser. Pack 1

and want to put my ACT2013 back onto my Windows XP 2002 Service Pack 3.

 

When I try to activate it just says my Serial Number is already registered.

 

What can I do to load this back onto my XP Windows also will I have an issue with the data bases if I do this as well. If so what do I have to do to use these databases back in XP Windows as well I need answer asap as our sales staff is taking my laptop early next week.

 

Please let me know what I need to do to get this setup changed. Also note the ACT2013 will not be staying on the currently used Windows 7 Laptop, this is my own personal/business copy and not property of my company.

It might be possible that your serial number has reached its activation limit. I would recommend contacting Customer Service to have your serial number checked to see if they can adjust it for you. You can do this by calling 877-386-8083 or by using Customer Service chat at http://www.act.com/support/customer-service/
