Is anyone knows how to solve ERROR: "Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding" with ACT! 2011 Premium when you try to previous created database?

using the ACTDiag program in the act install dir, you can change using >tools>time out values and set a longer time out value
using the dropdown there are 4 different timeout settings you can change
see if setting it higher helps

If you are trying to convert a previously created database to ACT 2011 it may be a resources issue. This is a demanding process of both RAM and CPU. Is there another machine you could use to do the conversion?
