Is your system clock set correctly?
Do you have any custom date fields in the database?
What do you mean "I did have someone work on editing the template"
What do you mean "and it does not appear on any of the user accounts."
After the error do you get in anyways or does the system hang?

Yes, my system clock is set correctly.
Yes, we created custom date fields in the database.
I meant one of my employees edited the templated for me and that error message only shows up for the administrator (me).
After the error it lets me go into the account and the system does not hang....what can i do to get rid of this? Thanks so much and I appreciate the help!

It sounds like you are displaying a custom date field in the layout for the admin account which has a bad (incorrectly formatted) value in it. Focus on the data in the custom fields (especially any date fields) that you created and look for values that are not formatted correctly.
