After making a call and documenting call completed, the "Last Reach" field is not populating. Seems so far to be an isolated incident.
Call was completed at 2:02PM (it's 4:13PM currently). I've tried using F5 to refresh.
The other "calls completed" that I have made, seem to populate the Last Reach field just fine.
Any tips? How do I get this field to populate?
