"Last Reach" field is not populating after "Call Completed"

"Last Reach" field is not populating after "Call Completed"

Act! Premium Version 17.0.151.0

Shared database, operating locally with database sync

Windows 7 Professional

 

After making a call and documenting call completed, the "Last Reach" field is not populating.  Seems so far to be an isolated incident.

Call was completed at 2:02PM (it's 4:13PM currently).  I've tried using F5 to refresh.

 

The other "calls completed" that I have made, seem to populate the Last Reach field just fine.

 

Any tips? How do I get this field to populate?

I've had the same problem with emails sent sometimes, the "last" field doesn't populate? Any help?
