I found another post with this in it, but it really didn't help much.
I am trying to get Outlook Integration to work with a V21 Access via web installation.
Act! and the database are running on a 2008 R2 server.
I'm accessing Act via a web browser from another computer in the office (remote access will come after I get this working).
Under Add-ins in Outlook (365), I have a small panel with several Act integration icons. None of which seem to work.
If I select "Synchronize Now" I get the message above: Integration Services Patch for Act! is not Configured.
But right now I have zero integration. There is no synchronizing of emails (what I'm after) between Act and Outlook.
I have no idea of where to start to even look for a resolution to this.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
