"Integration Services Patch for Act! is not Configured."

I found another post with this in it, but it really didn't help much.

I am trying to get Outlook Integration to work with a V21 Access via web installation.

Act! and the database are running on a 2008 R2 server.

I'm accessing Act via a web browser from another computer in the office (remote access will come after I get this working).

Under Add-ins in Outlook (365), I have a small panel with several Act integration icons.  None of which seem to work.

  1. Quick attached to Act Premium (web)
  2. Attach to Act Premium (web) contacts
  3. Create Act Premium (web) contact
  4. Synchronize Now
  5. Schedule Activity in Act Premium (web)

If I select "Synchronize Now" I get the message above: Integration Services Patch for Act! is not Configured.

But right now I have zero integration.  There is no synchronizing of emails (what I'm after) between Act and Outlook.

I have no idea of where to start to even look for a resolution to this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Chris B.

Well it appears I have gained some functionality here.  Act Integration had to be configured via the System Tray.
