"Failed to set up local sync entity, Datastore is inacessible" error on main dbase.

When trying to ACCEPT INCOMING SYNCS on the main database hub, for a rdb which is having trouble syncing one of it's databases to the hub, error msg "Failed to set up local sync entity, datastore is inacessible", pops up. The error msg on the rdb laptop says, "make sure accept incoming sync is enabled on the main database.

Using the internet, the rep is unable to sync this db from his rdb laptop.  He is however able to sync his other db to the hub, on the same computer.

Hello naturalsandman,
Which of the ACT! sync services are you using? Network sync service, Internet Sync Service, or Application Sync (built-in sync)? Only the Application sync requires that you select "Accept incoming syncs", and this should only be used if you do not have ACT! Premium, which comes with the other two sync services.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

Internet sync service. Do you know what should be done then, to solve the sync problem as posted? Thanks
