With ACT v16, I am encountering "Error occurred after logon in synchronization manager: The path is not of a legal form.” When Launching a Sage ACT! Database". This only occurs on the network shared database, and I have followed the steps in KB29064 without effect.
I have also had customers report the same issue on their network shared databases, but not on local systems.

Thanks Mike. Apparently the KB article on this is of no use, but Ben has advised us that a HotFix should eb released shortly to address this issue.
Now if we can only get the Feautured Tours to work. Right now they're all dead links.

Getting this on yet another v16 install. Is anyone monitoring this? Any updates?

Hotfix 2 or 3 fixes this. We had the error, and now it's gone.

I'm getting it on a machine now. I'll double check that it's running the HF. (I just downloaded the software today, I thought it slipstreams w/HF 4, but worth a check.) Thanks!
