Act v22 update 2 for desktop, using RDBs
Just today, for no apparent reason, every single one of our computers gives the error "Act has encountered an error. Please shut down the application." when trying to log into Act. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same deal. Can access the database via web fine, so I don't think it's a corrupt database.
You can hit ok and still get into Act, but the default landing page (calendar) is showing as the "Group Detail" page (???)
The contact layout is fine.
When you go back to 'calendar" it's ok, but very tiny.
I'm lost - I guess I have to open a support ticket but thought I'd see if anyone else was experiencing these weird issues.

Don't know if an update will help, but you might want to install update 4.
