i´ve an prob with one client
windows 7 office 2010 and we use act 2013
my prob ist we installed a newer version of office - now 2010 - before 2003
i configure all the important entrys in act - but in that case i will an write an email from act - the outlook email window open withe the email adress - but after i send the mail - i didn´t finds the email in my history in act

For the successful integration between Microsoft Outlook and ACT!, it is important that Outlook be installed before ACT!. If you installed ACT! before installing Microsoft Outlook, you will need to uninstall and reinstall your ACT! software. For information on uninstalling and reinstalling ACT!, refer to the following Answer.
so it is the only way to get it running?

If you have installed or updated Office after installing Act, then yes, you will have to reinstall Act to properly integrate the two.
Additionally, please can you check that you have history recording enabled in the email system setup, as shown in the screenshot below:
