Is there a way to make documents private as  you do contacts and notes for premium 2012

Thanks

Re: private documents

No there is not, However, you could place security within the document itself. For example, all of microsoft Office allows you to password protect individual documents.

Re: private documents

Utilizing Windows permissions and attached the document as a shortcut in ACT! might suffice. You would need a folder that was secured for access by yourself only under Windows permissions.

Re: private documents

There is a backdoor way if you add a note and attach the document to the note and mark private.

Re: private documents

That's innovative except not quite as secure as the attachment exists in the Attachments folder which is accessible if you know where and what to look for.
